It has a bigger face and slightly wider back for a blade putter. Soft feel but firm enough so you know where you hit it. The consistency and speed it produces are something that I rarely see. Dispersion is also very tight.
I enjoyed this putter because of the square head shape. Plus, the hole in the head helped with my alignment. It was very easy to stay on target because of the alignment aids. I felt like my hits were very soft and pure.
Wonderful feel. It's soft and responsive in the hands. It does an excellent job of energy transfer and getting the ball rolling toward the hole. I found distance control particularly easy. My only concern is that I did have a pesky left miss with this club that I couldn't shake.
Really rich-looking putter. I like the two-tone color, and it sits really flat at address. Perfect weight distribution throughout the club.
Scotty is getting back to what they used to be, with some of the markings on their putters a little classier and more sophisticated. More special. I like that they give a ranges of blade putters within a single model, so you can select one that fits your eye.
The insert was just the right mix of soft and responsive, and it was so easy to get a feel for distance control. Seems like this putter checks every box for feel, roll, heft and looks.
Looks so good you won't be able to take your eyes off it. The milling is intricate, and the craftsmanship apparent. End-over-end rolls off the soft, pillowy face, running right on their lines. Mis-hits were covered up, but you could feel where they were mis-hit, allowing you to make corrections in the future. It was a top experience.
There's a great, balanced weight about it. There's just a pinch of head heaviness that kept my stroke in place, didn't allow it to wobble out of control, almost like I was a metronome. A firm, meaty impact with great feedback.
A little larger head gave it the feeling of a mallet style. Where I found the putter excelled was in how light it was for its size. Was it on the firmer side? It was a little bit compared to others, but the lightness and the pop off the face equated to consistent strokes.
Call it a big blade. It's a blade with a little more forgiveness as far as moment of inertia and room on the face to hit it.
Very appealing. Soft and felt like it was bouncing off the face nicely. However, the lines and aggressive alignment aids were kinda messing with me. It did well on short and intermediate putts, and it didn't take a lot of effort to get it there on the longer ones.
Only one small micro-line on top, so if you're somebody who doesn't use a line when they putt, you'll like how this sets up. It really wants to move on an arc as well. So if you're a square-to-square mallet putter, this is not gonna be your flavor.
This is excellent. Almost like a pseudo-mallet because it has a very wide sole. A great putter for somebody who wants a blade style with a more substantial head. The ball rolls very cleanly and truly off the insert. It's got a good combination of feel and distance control.
Looks and feels like it's designed under the tightest of tolerances, that it's manufactured where every microgram of material is exactly where it's supposed to be. The putts feel flawless. Even when I put a flawed stroke on it, the results continue to be consistent and accurate. This is the putter I'd wanna have if I'm going into battle.
Really clean-looking blade. This is definitely what you'd call a classic design. It's not quite a face-balanced blade—has a little toe hang—but it's close. The grooved insert gives it a soft impact. On fast greens, judging pace putts, I feel like this will give you a lot of forgiveness.
This putter is really suited for people who want to get out of a blade putter but aren't quite ready for a mallet. I think the bigger head helps you set up better, and it's pretty forgiving on mis-hits.
Perfect. I love the way the ball comes off the face. It's quiet when you hit it, and on long putts, you can lag them really, really close.
You don't have to think about any lines behind it, very simple. This is a nice, soft insert, and it's very hard to miss it. So even your toe-y or heel-y putts find that insert and come off well.
It's a beautiful satin finish that matches the plush, soft feel on every impact. Distance control couldn't be easier. It's so well balanced.
I liked everything about the putter, from the soft feel and the quietness to the firm response. The dispersion was very narrow, both left and right and short and long. I'm sold on counterbalancing. It takes my little twitches out of the swing and lets the club do the work.
I'm a player who likes to have the ball die into the hole, and I found that every putt that I missed was past the hole by six inches to a foot. That made me feel like I was giving my putts more of a chance to go in. It had a little soft, subtle springiness to it.
This is almost a hybrid between a blade and a mallet. The longer grip allowed me to grip down and feel like I have a little counterbalancing and can make pendulum swing. The ball came off with a crisp little tick and rolled out nicely. I feel like I could play this on a faster green and not power it past the hole. Dispersion was really tight.
I enjoyed the feel of this putter and the responsiveness it had when I mis-hit it. It allowed me to figure out where the center of the face was. That allows you to control your dispersion short and long.
Very trustworthy, ensures that you're not going to be three-putting. If anything, the distance was a little issue for me. Lag putts seem to all be going long.
This club sets up extremely square. It gets your hands forward, almost requires you to drag the head through impact. You gotta get really good at green-reading, because this thing goes right where you want it.
A very traditional feel and look but with a modern face. Has a little heaviness to the head, so with contact, it's about getting the head on plane. Toe hits are audibly different and feel a little bit weaker, which is expected.
This putter performed best for me on medium-range putts. It was sending the ball end over end with a smooth roll.
The milled face insert gives a luxurious kind of impact sound and feel. You smile hitting it, because it strikes such an appropriate balance, the way you feel about a firm handshake. The weighting and size of the back flange give it real stability, too.
Delivers on nearly every aspect of expectations. The look is clean. The alignment is strong, and the subtleties of the finish on the putterhead reinforce the alignment lines. The sound is a resounding click, and the weight of the putter through the ball feels very balanced. Feels like this head is absolutely gonna come back to balance at the point of impact.
Really nice insert. You could feel the softness of the insert when you hit it. Translates to a really smooth roll. The only issue I had was on longer putts, it feels a little shaky when I take it back. Any wobble going back, and the ball's going to be misdirected or come up short.
I like this putter because it was very consistent. It's got everything you'd want in a putter. It breeds confidence.
I love the extra width. It helps with alignment. The head sets up really well with a little bit of offset, and I love the finish. The ball comes off almost automatically, like it creates its own energy. It takes very little effort. The roll is a 100 percent predictable.
